Orders placed during normal business hours of Mon.-Fri. 8AM-4PM may take up to 1-3 business days to process.

*Orders placed after hours and/or during weekends will begin to process the next business day, in which the estimated time frame above will take place

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will get an additional email with the tracking number.

Oh No! If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available. Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, ROSE GARDEN is not responsible for any incorrectly inputted addresses provided at the time the order was placed. Once the order has shipped, we will need to keep an eye on the final destination of your package for an alternate resolution to be provided.

Duty and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the customer and will require payment upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
